MESSAGE FROM DISTRICT 202
50x4

Hello, District 202 Education Partners,

***DISTRICT 202 FAMILIES, STAFF AND COMMUNITY WILL RECEIVE OUR WEEKLY UPDATE LATER TODAY***

With that, here is the rest of this week’s selection of D. 202 news and information:

This Week's Highlights

SPECIAL MESSAGES:

  • Have you completed the 2020 Census yet? If not, please do so as soon as possible. It's easy, and important to do!

Households should have received a letter with a personalized, 12-digit Census ID code.

Go to http://my2020census.gov, use that code to sign in, and you’re all set!

Census data help determine our legislative representation in Congress and our share of $675 billion in federal funding.

Remember, COUNT EVERYONE, BECAUSE EVERYONE COUNTS.

Thank you in advance for doing your part!

  • District 202 will spray for weeds at its facilities from May 18-29, 2020, weather permitting.

REGULAR INFORMATION

  • The Board of Education will meet in regular session on Monday, May 11, 2020 at the District Administrative Center, 15732 Howard Street, Plainfield. The public session will start at 7:30 p.m. Here is the agenda.

***Board members will attend the meeting remotely. The public will not be allowed to enter the Administrative Center. However, community members can view the meeting online and submit public comments by email.

  • The Plainfield Public Library recently hosted a virtual informational session to help high school families “navigate” college searches and visits during the pandemic. Here is a video of that program in case you missed it. It will remain posted until May 15th. No login or registration is required to watch.
