When can you use the Media Center?
Before School : After 7:40AM
During School: All day long with pass from your teacher
After School: Until about 3:10PM
Checking out Books:
Your ID card (not just the ID number) is required.
Check out 1 book for 2 weeks, unless another book check out is requested by your team of teachers.
Overdue or Lost Books:
Always check the due date of your materials and record it in your agenda book. If you have any fees on your account, you will not be allowed to check out additional materials.
The fine for overdue books is 10 cents per day, not to exceed $5.00.
In the event of a “lost” book, please notify the Media Center to check the shelves and continue to look for your book! You will have to pay for a replacement copy of the item.
Computer Usage:
You must have a pass from your classroom teacher.
Your Internet Usage form needs to be on-file in the main office of the school.
Log in using your User Name and Password. Only use the websites and databases recommended by your teacher. If you are sent to type a paper, you must enter with a written rough draft to begin typing. Be sure to save your work and log off when finished.
